Vintage RUSSIAN SOUVENIR Metal Wall Plaque
I think it is brass
Featuring KREMLIN TSAR CANNON
BERIOZKA which was a store in the 1960s-80s that sold only to Soviet citizens (generally high ranking officials) who had foreign currency, these foreign currency stores were only in the territory of RSFSR
So this is a pretty special piece.
It has this marking on back: 4P.50K and 2 symbols (could be the foundry marks)
I purchased this used from a person whose mom had purchased this in Russia in the 1970's.

Good condition with a little minor wear
