    A gold coloured metal badge with a 2.6cm wide face and a safety clasp style fastener to the rear.
    The face features the hero of the Soviet Union medal which was awarded in 1945 to the four original hero cities; Leningrad, Stalingrad, Sevastopol, and Odessa and then to Kerch in 1973.
