    Description

Beautiful outstanding fossil coral geode from Georgia.  The entire interior is botryoidal formations composed of translucent honey-colored amber agate. Entire interior fluoresces under UV black light. Edges can be polished to a glassy shine. Outside shows the structure of the ancient coral. This is a show piece. You won't be disappointed.
An excellent addition to a fossil, rock, or mineral collection or for jewelry applications.  Photos taken dry.
    Approx measurements are 4" x 6" x 3.25".
Georgia fossil coral is approx. 25-45 million years old, is around 7 on the Moh's scale, and is highly prized for jewelry and lapidary work.
I'm out there collecting and cutting these great rocks myself and writing about it at zookeeperfossils on Blogger.  eBay sales help support my rockhounding habit.
COMBINED SHIPPING IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE and I will refund excess postage through PayPal when needed.
    Thank you!
